No need to fill application forms.
No need to submit documents.
No need to make repeated rounds of Government offices to get your Old Age Samman Allowance.

Your allowance will come directly to you now. And, that too without filing any form or visiting any office.

But how? Very simple. All you need is to ensure that you have PPN and your information is verified. Before you turn 60, you shall receive a communication from Government to give your consent to receive Old Age Samman Allowance. Once you give consent, you will start getting your allowance directly in the verified bank account provided in PPN.

To ensure that this benefit reach every eligible resident without any hardship, this scheme has been made pro-active by linking it with PPN. At the beginning of every quarter of the year, the names of residents who will become eligible in this quarter are scrutinized on the basis of verified data in FIDR and added to the beneficiary list shared with Social Justice and Empowerment Department. Such newly added beneficiaries are required to give consent to receive the allowance by replying to the communication sent to them. This shall ensure that no such eligible, needy and valued resident of Haryana is left without allowance under this scheme.

  1. Excluded Category: Notwithstanding the above, any person receiving pension from any Government or Local/ Statutory Body or from any organization substantially financed by any Government or Local/ Statutory Body will not be eligible to receive allowance under the scheme. “Pension” wherever occurring in any Government notification concerning Social Security Benefits means and includes,
